Champions League new fixture dates ‘set to be confirmed by Uefa’ for August
Champions League dates for the rest of the ecu calendar are set to be confirmed by Uefa, consistent with reports in Italy.

There are 17 fixtures left during this season’s Champions League campaign, 

and Sky Sport Italia report that Uefa are putting provisional plans in situ to play matches every three days during August.

European football’s administration will in the week reportedly hold meetings on Tuesday, 




Wednesday and Thursday with a view to resuming the Champions League and Europa League knockout stage on August 7.

Games would then be played twice every week , with the semi-finals on held between August 18 and 22 before the ultimate is hosting on August 29.

The rejigged schedule would then see the following campaign’s group stage begin on October 20.
